The World Leadership Dialogue event during the 16th World Congress on Public Health, an international meeting which focuses on Public health for the future of humanity, offered an engaging discussion on the important role vegetable oils have in tackling the issue of feeding a growing population through the lens of Sustainable Nutrition, a novel approach which takes a look at health, nutrition and sustainability holistically.
The event hosted some members of the Sustainable Nutrition Scientific Board (SNSB): Olivier Jolliet as panel chairman, Professor Astrup (former SNSB president), Professor Boccia and Professor Banni, as contributing expert.
