…by 2050 it is expected that there will be 10 billion people on our planet. Already now some countries are experiencing demand outstripping supply regarding food supplies, and that scenario is only destined to worsen in the future if we carry on behaving as we are today. Collectively, we need to work hard right now to define a way to ensure safe and nutritious food for all, whilst at the same time fully respecting the way that nature conducts “business”, which is a fine balance of so many sub-systems, upon which our world entirely depends.
